Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Daily Bible Guidance account and associated app data.
How To Request Deletion
- Sign in to the app with the account you want deleted.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Contact support.
- Use the subject "Delete my account" and send your request.
If you cannot sign in, create a support request from the account email when possible so we can verify the request.
Data Deleted
- Account profile information.
- Daily guidance sessions and cycle state.
- Bible reading progress.
- Announcement view records.
- Support messages where deletion is appropriate.
Data We May Retain
Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate operational reasons. Retained records are limited to what is necessary.
